do you nomi is a night in memory of the late Klaus Nomi.
A tribute to a unique artist able to join the world of fashion, the
opera, the disco music and a futuristic rock imagery together.
An alien angel lost somewhere between the German expressionist
cabaret and a time travel toward apocalypse.
A free soul, childish and melancholic, that hoped in a better world.
Klaus disappeared because of AIDS in 1983.
The first DO YOU NOMI night will be in Parma, Italy, on April 24th
at the VERONIKA MUSIC CLUB.
We hope more nights in his honour will come.

Un tributo a un artista di culto che riusciva a unire il mondo della moda, dell'opera e della disco music a un immaginario rock futurista.
Un angelo alieno perduto tra il cabaret espressionista tedesco e un viaggio nel tempo verso l'apocalisse.
Uno spirito libero, fanciullesco e triste, che sperava in un mondo migliore.
Klaus è scomparso da questo mondo a causa dell'AIDS nel 1983.
Troppo presto.
La prima serata sarà al VERONIKA MUSIC CLUB di Parma il 24 APRILE.
