So maybe ELO doesn't qualify for the Retro Radio Hall of Fame, since their time was more the 1970s. Still... how do Madonna and the Beastie Boys make it into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame before Jeff Lynne?
Might be time to get out the wrecking ball. What a joke. :(
Hey... how about Badfinger for the list? I have always felt that Pete Ham had one of the most beautifully unique and genuinely emotive voices in rock music.
In addition to nominating Badfinger, I also need to speak up for ELO. It's a travesty that they haven't been inducted yet.
I also want to vote for the Monkees, the Zombies and the Hollies.
Too many votes, I know - but you can't ask a question like this without me getting fired up.
Greetings & modulations From Pa. Just located destination "Retro Radio'...UNBELIEABLE!..How can I jump into this time machine & throw away the key?.
