Review is a bulgarian new wave/punk band, founded in the 80'.
The history of the band begins in 1985, with the founding members Vasil Giurov,Dimityr Voev and Kiril Manchev.They created firstable the band "Cale"."Cale" is freedom" - V. Giurov says -"something that doesn't engage."
The first official appearance of the band takes place on the First Sofia Rock Fest in ' 87. After the third song they have been removed from the stage, because of the lyrics of their songs,which have been considered to be too daring and bold for the politic order in Bulgaria these times.Namely this turns "Cale" into a legend.In '88 "Cale" falls apart,to revive again in two of the greatest bands in Bulgaria for this period - Review and New Generation.
The new members of the band Reviu were Vasil Giurov,Kiril Manchev, Boicho Karaboichev and Milena Slavova.In '89 they realeased their first album ,conteining emblematic songs like "Ala Bala","Director of a waterfall","Uncle" and others.
Today the members of the band are : Vocals : Andronia Popova (bluba lu), Drumms: Deyan Dragiev, Clavirs : Mihail Peshev, Bass and vocals Vassil Gyurov
