I take in Christian Rappers Bikers anyone that will go inside a juvenile jail. I Pray that one seed can be planted to bring about a change in a kids life. He is Lord
You and I could read through the the entire Bible---from Geneis to
revelation---and here's what we would find:
Jesus Christ is the sovereign Lord of this earth.
As John unfolds the Revelation, we see that He is:
Lord in the Revelation,
Lord during the times of the great Tribulation,
Lord in His Second Coming.
Lord in the Judgment,
Lord in Heaven.
God is in absolute control, and the Bible is simply a beautiful expression of how
He demonstrates love for mankind. The Word is filled with wonderful promises
He is willing to do in the lives of those who submit to Him...
See it for yourself. Listen to what the Psalmist says:
For I know that the Lord is great, and our
Lord is above all gods. Whatever the Lord
pleases, He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places .... Psalm 135:5-6
{Whatever Pleases God, He does.}
He did not promise, And you will always understand My action..

I have found in [MY] "Walking Out of God's Word"
that [IF] I called on Him in "HONEST PRAYER" (after confessing my SIN
[read 1John1:9]), that...He...WOULD (He DID for me) SET...US...FREE,
from ANY former thing which was NOT of HIM, Amen?
Illicit Drugs,
Sexual Immorality/Sexual Abuse, Alcoholism........NOT [ONE] of these
names are ABOVE the name of Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, Amen?!
The
Bible says "Jabez cried to the God of Israel, saying, Oh, that You
would bless me and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with
me, and You would keep me from evil so it might not hurt me! And God

MyHotComments RITA, it is both VITAL and IMPORTANT to REALLY understand the reason(s) for our failures, so that we can avoid repeating them in the future, Amen?!
When God gives us yet [ANOTHER] opportunity to to serve Him, WE "SHOULD NOT" ALLOW OUR PAST TO DETER US from continuing to"Press towards the mark, the High Calling in Christ Jesus". We, (as Christians) SHOULD recognize this NEW opportunity to CO-LABOR with Him, and serve Him with JOY! Why Joy, (you may be asking yourself?) Well, because there [IS] a deep satisfaction in serving the Lord WHEN YOU KNOW you have TRULY sought His will (which [IS] His Word), and have followed His commands....carefully Adhering to, Trusting in, and Relying on God's instructions brings FREEDOM [AND] STRENGTH to our life [AND] does lead to GREAT JOY! (It is written "That the JOY of the Lord is our strength")...........RIGHT??????
The Bible says "For because you bore it not [as God directed] at the first, the Lord our God broke forth upon us--because we did not seek Him in the way He ordained. So David, the elders of Israel, and the captains over thousands went to bring up the ark of the covenant of the Lord out of the house of Obed-edom with joy". (1Chr.15:13, 25 Amp.) Hmmmm?!??

MyHotComments Rita, we (as God's people), are expected to and COMMANDED by Him (God), to live by a different set of VALUES and STANDARDS than the world does. It is written that we (as BELIEVERS), [SHOULD] "not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of {our} mind, that {we} may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God {for our lives}". (Rom.12:2 NKJV)
When people treat us BAD, we (as Christians), should NOT "Return Evil for Evil", but MUST return EVIL with GOODNESS, thereby HONORING God and in turn, showing respect for those He has created...we also keep [Our] INTEGRITY and enhance our REPUTATIONS, [AND] show our WILLINGNESS for God to deal with our enemies, according to [His] standard of JUDGMENT/JUSTICE, Amen?!
The Bible says "If your enemy is hungry, give him bread to eat; and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink; For in doing so, you will heap coals of fire upon his head, and the Lord will reward you". (Prov.25:21,22 Amp.)

MyHotComments Rita, Trials and Tribulations will either make us More Holy, or More Sinful depending [GREATLY] on our Relationship to God/with God, Amen? Because when testings come (and they WILL come "IF" you are Walking right), WE will either TRUST God's purposes and FIND Peace, OR "we" can Trust in our OWN plans, start walking in the "Vanity of our mind", thereby developing a NEGATIVE OUTLOOK or DISPOSITION and thus DEVELOPING A BITTER, and CYNICAL heart. We may NOT like our situation (and in MOST cases "we" WON'T), BUT, because WE "Are CHRISTIANS"; because we are a "Chosen Generation; because we are a Royal Priesthood; because we are a Holy Nation and a Peculiar People"...WE... "SHOULD"... LOVE...GOD and WE...MUST...TRUST..."HIS"...WILL FOR OUR LIVES!
The Bible says "And going a little further, He threw Himself upon the ground on His face and prayed saying, My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass away from Me, nevertheless, not what I will [not what I desire], but as You will and desire" (Matt.26:39 AMP).

Is that where the phrase "Trusting God's Purposes" came from......Hmmm?!!?
