Ever since bursting onto the scene with classic hits like ‘Cuddly Toy’ and ‘Family Man’ in the late 80’s, Andrew Roachford’s maverick take on music has spread far and wide. As the first artist to sign a staggering seven-album deal with Columbia Records, it heralded something special that is still going strong today. Roachford returns in 2006 with a new album, ‘Word Of Mouth’. Stamped with Andrew’s hallmark quality song writing and vocals it’s an album, like the artist himself, that steadfastly refuses to be pigeonholed by today’s transient R&B pop or rock trends. Roachford has spent much of the last two years touring the globe, in particular in Europe and Australia. Indeed Germany, where he regularly plays to crowds of 10,000 plus, is the home of his new label Peppermint Jam.
The first single released from the album is the infectious ‘River Of Love’, a relaxed and uplifting track that effortlessly showcases Andrew’s ability to perfectly turn his hand to fresh sounds and new musical styles. The funky Full intention remix of the track also provides yet another original and fresh take on this catchy anthemic track. Soul man, musician and poet – Andrew Roachford has become many things to many people, and in an increasingly homogenised musical landscape Andrew stands out as a beacon of talent that defies categorisation. This determination to follow his own musical path affords us the unique listening pleasure that is contained in Word Of Mouth, an album that can only be defined as one thing – pure Roachford.
In support of the release of ‘Word Of Mouth’, Andrew Roachford will also being touring in March. For more information on Andrew Roachford and his upcoming live dates check out the 'live' page on his website http://www.roachford.co.uk. The single ‘River of Love is released on 27th February and the new album ‘Word of Mouth’ is released on 6th March 2006.

Hi Roachford, I was deeply impressed when I heard and read about the Freedom is Not Free non-profit organization and what they do for wounded soldiers and their families. I also found a MSNBC video about the Little Warriors Surf Camp on the Freedom is Not Free website and after waching it I decided to take action.

Hi Roachford, if you followed the "Lyrics-to-Song" project and liked the first two songs, you may also enjoy listening to the third project song. The music is built around the lyrics of my very good friend Mike "Bass" Geren.
IF YOU WERE A SONG (by Mike "Bass" Geren and Alien Graffiti)
As all good things go by three and I don't want to annoy you, this song is planned to be the final project song. But if you think Alien Graffiti should continue the project, drop me a message or comment.
