About me: my name is Roberto Meloni. I m host and performer for TV events and private parties in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Italy.
In March 2007 I took part in “Dancing with the Stars”, dancing together with Laura Kosite, Latvian champion and number thirteen in world rank.
I was one of the members of the pop tenori group Bonaparti.lv who partecipated at the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki, where we classified on the fifth place in the semifinal and on the sixteenth place in the final with the song in Italian “Questa Notte”.
On February 2008 I released my first CD "Viva el amor" together with Elizabete, a Latvian singer. I..m performing in many private parties, big events in the Baltic States, Finland and Italy.I hosted fashion event as Riga Fashion Week in collaboration with Italian Trade Commission and many big events as the concert in Arena Riga of Al BAno, Toto Cutugno and MAtia Bazar.

I..m the host of the TV program "Sapni Piepildas" (Dreams come true)on Latvian TV3, where I realize the dreams of Latvian children.
In February 2008 I took part in the Eurovision 2008 Latvian selection with the project Pirates of the Sea.
We won the Latvian Final and we took part in ESC 2008 in Belgrade, finishing on the 11th place over 43 countries.

Lentamente muore chi diventa schiavo dell'abitudine, ripetendo ogni
giorno gli stessi percorsi, chi non cambia la marca, chi non
rischia e cambia colore dei vestiti, chi non parla a chi non conosce.
Muore lentamente chi evita una passione, chi preferisce il nero su
bianco e i puntini sulle "i" piuttosto che un insieme di emozioni,
proprio quelle che fanno brillare gli occhi, quelle che fanno di uno
sbadiglio un sorriso, quelle che fanno battere il cuore davanti
all'errore e ai sentimenti.
Lentamente muore chi non capovolge il tavolo, chi è infelice sul
lavoro, chi non rischia la certezza per l'incertezza, per inseguire un
sogno, chi non si permette almeno una volta nella vita di fuggire ai
consigli sensati. Lentamente muore chi non viaggia, chi non legge, chi
non ascolta musica, chi non trova grazia in se stesso. Muore lentamente
chi distrugge l'amor proprio, chi non si lascia aiutare; chi passa i
giorni a lamentarsi della propria sfortuna o della pioggia incessante.
Lentamente muore chi abbandona un progetto prima di iniziarlo, chi non
fa domande sugli argomenti che non conosce, chi non risponde quando gli
chiedono qualcosa che conosce.
Evitiamo la morte a piccole dosi, ricordando sempre che essere vivo
richiede uno sforzo di gran lunga maggiore del semplice fatto di
respirare.
Soltanto l'ardente pazienza porterà al raggiungimento di una splendida
felicità.

Ciao. that sounds great, i really enjoyed your performace, until yesterday i didnt know that you are one of the bonaparte. lv member :-) which is also a great performace last year, me and my friend tried to sing the questa notte, which give us ourself big laugh, because we didnt know any italian word, :-) Im living here in little village called Saattut, and im working in Office (Bank, Airgreenland, Royal arctic line, and shop that called Pilersuisoq A/S. right now in trying to make a plan for summer, i wanna try to visit europe but i don't know that could happen. so far ive been in Denmark, and USA. let me aske u a quistion, how does it feels to performe to europe?
