Hey, I (grace) Just wanted to let you know what an inspiration you are to me. I picked up one of my dad's guitars and recorded my first song playing it today, mostly because I was thinking about your music. I hope I get to see you play some day. -Grace of the Fizzing Whizbees
Hi, Molly! Just wanted to say how amazing your set was at Wrockstock... and I am prouding wearing my new Roonil Wazlib pin. :) It was also really great to get to talk with you on the Knight Bus on the way in. Hope you had fun this weekend, and I can't wait for your new album!
You want to play with my awesome band, you say? Then come to Florida, Molly! We wanna see you here, and we could totally play a venue together. So, yeah, put that on your to-do, okay?
I really like Green Eye's too. When I listen to that song, I can really picture a girl singing about someone that she really likes. It is touching because you capture this feeling of having a crush on someone. It always gives me chills when I listen to it because I can apply the sentiment to my wife now, That song always invokes feelings that I don't really think about on a normal day. It is like the birth of my child and seeing my wife holding him. It is awesome I get to experience that kind of thing whenever I listen to Green Eye's. It always makes me appreciate and think about all the things that she means to me.
I really like that song, "Someone isn't getting anything." Forgive me if I don't have the title just right. I laugh like crazy when you say, "why do I have to be so freaking hot." I also like the line, "No matter where I go, it's quiditch star this, and handsome beast that." That is the best!!
back to your Bookworm song, I think that I could have never have thought of that particular way of phrasing the song. I probably would have ended up not ryming, lol. Anyhow, the point I wanted to get to that I have been meaning to since I started listening to you, is that you are an incredible writer and singer and I think you have a real gift for capturing the deeper feelings whether it be humor, sentiment, or nostalgia in your songs.
My wife and I see that you are possibly going to perform this summer in Boise Idaho, that is pritty near us here in Utah, so we are going to try and go to that concert. We are excited about it.
Good luck with your tour and all of your endeavors.
