Some think she is a pixie, some a singer songwriter, others say shes a strange quiet gal..a lost soul, a jumping bean, a silly dag, and some even say shes just a frog dressed in human skin! The truth is Im all of the above haha! Im just someone who LOVES music I live, breathe and give birth to it. Ive been writing music since the age of 16, self taught guitarist and still learning more every single day. There are a thousand melodies running through my head and i use the guitar as my outlet, my release to get them out. All words and music come rolling out without a seconds thought, and most of the time what i say and write doesnt really make sense till some time has past. Other people seem to understand my music better than i do so that makes me happy. I could play guitar a whole day and not get bored. I believe that music is GOOD FOR THE SOUL. Its all good no matter the form. Its in the air we breathe, and if you just listen you will hear it blowing in the wind. There is something so magical about playing in time and in pure synch with other people, this is a feeling i love and can do all day and for the rest of my life. I try to do as many gigs as possible and you will often find me roaming around the streets of London with a guitar or bass on my back, Kazoo in my pocket and egg shaker in bag.....I have played to audiences ranging from 150 people, to just a cosy couple siting in the corner staring into each others eyes, to just some wooden bar stools and tables and bar staff. ..After a few years of putting together a DIY home studio and much blood sweat and tears and pixie tantrums Ive finally finished my debut album Just A Glimmer! Im also always looking for cello players/ violin players, guitarists, bassists and kazooists to gig with so if you know any or are interested in playing live with me let me know. Im also available to play at parties!, i love them and think its the perfect environment to play. I like relaxed places with an audience who just want to have a laugh. Good vibes, good energy all round! Also im available to make music soundtracks for any project drop me a message. Im also the bass player in a kick ass band called ON THE BORDERLINE Together we play around London venues such as the Bull & Gate and Hope & Anchor. Check out our website sometime ON THE BORDERLINE.

Janis Joplin...my heroine, Grace Slick, Jefferson Airplane, John Denver, Elvis, Buddy Holly, Bob Marley, Queen, The Doors, Hole, Aerosmith, Nirvana, Metallica, Radiohead, The Cure, Counting Crows, Sheryl Crow, the Jayhawks...mmm, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Tracey Chapman, Clare Blackman ^.^Jeff Buckley are my main influences...but there are so SO many more people who have touched me musically:)

Who is RoseRed?



Some think she is a pixie, some a singer songwriter, others say shes a strange quiet gal..a lost soul, a jumping bean, a silly dag, and some even say shes just a frog dressed in human skin!

The truth is Im all of the above haha!

Im just someone who LOVES music. I live, breathe and give birth to it. Ive been writing music since the age of 16, self taught guitarist and still learning more every single day. There are a thousand melodies running through my head and i use the guitar as my outlet, my release to get them out.
