    I dunno--we will be giving sections to star writers, like you. I'd like the writer to design these, introduce herself, provide images. Your poetry is blessed by an authentic voice, and this is what we need more of.

    Hey Ruby,
    Here is my latest offering, from me to you.
    This one was months in the making, I lost count how many times it reinvented itself.
    I hope you enjoy it.

    My your days be filled with song and laughter,
    or silence if a quiet moment is want you need.

    Yeah, fallen off is more like it...it really is hard to keep up, but I'm trying to get a groove going again.<:}

    Oh damn re: RH not showing up!

    No need to thank me for the comments, etc., it's my great pleasure to read your stuff!  I'm just sorry it's taken me so long to start catching up in earnest but I am well on it at last.  I feel as if I have fallen out with certain writer friends whom I respect and like a lot like you and some others and it bothers me -- I hope I am just being paranoid, ha.

    Mom is better, thanks.  And yeah, I've seen that Cult vid -- very cool indeed.  Hey, did you meet R. Hell at that party you mentioned not too awfully long ago?

    My literary magazine, The Toronto Quarterly - Issue 2 and 3 are now available at amazon.com. There's some great poetry in each issue along with some cool interviews with up and coming and more established poets. Here is the link:

    Hey, I have not forgotten our anthology--I'm just busy with student show and taking on the fuckers who run the school district. They just dumped our music program and have decided to displace a bunch of great teachers at my school. I'll probably go down in flames--which is consistant with my joan of arc complex, but oh well. . .displaced teachers are still paid and I'll have lots of time to write and edit that way.
