I'm an IFPA and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Exercise Instructor with specialty certifications in cardio kickboxing, mat science, pre and post natal. I'm also a WTF (Women's Tri-Fitness)saftey certified obstacle course instructor as well as WTF agility and conditioning specialist. I am a professional figure competitor, receiving my PRO status with FAME in 2006.
My clients range from 10 to 70 years old, male and female. I have worked with people battling MS, osteoporosis, recovering from surgery, major injuries, beating cancer, eating disorders, and depression. They have used fitness and nutrition as a powerful weapon against all types of health problems.

I offer one on one personal training as well as group training which combines several different training styles: circuit training, core conditioning, weight loss, strength training and athletic conditioning, Pre/Post Natal, sport specific training, fitness competition prep, obstacle course training and nutritional coaching. Train with me at an exclusive swim and tennis club located in the heart of East Cobb. While personal training with me there are NO GYM FEES, AND NO GYM CONTRACTS TO SIGN.
