About SACE 2

He was born in 1974, since the age of 13 he denoted a big interest in music composition and mixing, also in computers programming.

Sace 2 started as a musician originally from the early PC/Amiga Demo Scene in the late 80's. He spread his productions over BBS's networks before Internet. His early productions were quite influenced by hip hop and 70-80s electronic music.

He started composing Electrofunk and instrumental hip hop in the early 90's. The first LP demo out was in 1993. It was the first spanish instrumental hiphop work.

His 1st commercial debut was in the spanish compilation "Elektrodomésticos" (Tu Pierdes 1998), wich was the 1st electrofunk spanish record released (CD/LP). This album launched many new artists (Koa/ Downrocks/Moockie/Split/AlekStark)

Sace 2 was involved in creating sampling libraries (i.e. worked for Yamaha etc..) Breakbeat libraries were sold around the world.

He released his 1st solo album "La Musika" in 2000 (Headspin/Universal).

Sace 2 also did several collaborations and productions wich several Artists in the Electro and Hiphop scene all around the world. He is member of the electronautas dj collective. Also did music for some TV spots which displayed worldwide.

He is also known due to his huge vinyl collection and music knowledge, he focuses his collection on primitive Hip hop / Electrofunk / early 80's funky music and modern soul- Boogie, as well as early 80's Italo disco. Keeping one of the most important vinyl collections in europe.
