scar’d sanity’s debut album “A Way To Hide,” was released nationally through Gotham Records in August of ’06 and received exceptional reviews across the board, even earning them 2 award nominations: 1 for “Independent Record Of the Year” by the LA Music Awards and 1 for “Best Hard Rock Album” by the San Diego Music Awards. The album’s single “Bleed” received support on several rock radio stations including San Diego’s “Rock 105.3” (KIOZ) with little to no radio promotion. scar’d sanity toured in support of their release from San Diego to Miami.
With well over an albums worth of new material, scar’d sanity is currently in the studio with Producer/Engineer Steve Russell (As I Lay Dying, P.O.D), recording tracks for their June, 2009 release.
