About me:
I regularly contributes to: Kerrang!, Spin, Grazia, Q, Mojo, The Sunday Times, Blender, Flaunt, Revolver and People weekly.
I studied a BA in Photography, Film and Video at London's University of Westminster.
As Ross Halfin's (www.rosshalfin.co.uk) assistant I got a taste for 'Rock photography' and had my first photograph, a picture of Chris Cornell, published in Raw Magazine.
On the whole I shot live concerts but was fortunate to go on the Lollapolooza tour with the Beastie Boys and Smashing Pumpkins (thanks to *Wilf Wright*) where I had the freedom to experiment with documentary-style photos. On this tour I shot my first significant photograph which was of the Verve and was used on the artwork for their 'A Northern Soul' album.
I shoot Press and artwork sessions for record companies and management.
For studio and locations I shoot on film with a Mamiya RZ67 and I use a 35mm Nikon F5 for live concerts and reportage. I use a Lumedyne portable flash system on location. I have a Nikon D2X for digital work
In 2001 I shot all the photos for Robbie Williams' book 'Somebody someday', and the DVD 'Nobody oneday' as well as stills for 'Swing when you are Winning'.
I spent most of 2004 as the Darkness' official photographer.
I have just put on an exhibition with WARCHILD charity called 'Your Child' which ran at the Proud Gallery in Camden press release and information
