Scott Dyer is a singer/songwriter and is the Pastor of Worship and Arts at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in the northern suburbs of Dallas. He was on staff at Willow Creek Community Church in suburban Chicago for 14 years prior to coming to Dallas. In his time at Willow Creek, Scott produced 4 CD's for the church and wrote many songs for midweek and weekend services. Some of those songs include "Everything I Am", "He Was", "Lay Your Burdens Down", "Only By Grace" and "Forgive Me". "Forgive Me" was written for a Willow Creek Communion service. The first time it was introduced, Rebecca St. James happened to be in the congregation. She asked Scott to send it to her, and eventually recorded it on her 2005 CD, "If I Had One Chance to Tell You Something", together with BarlowGirl (who grew up at Willow Creek!). Scott lives in suburban Dallas with his wife, Vonda, and his 2 daughters. Scott's latest CD with Bent Tree Bible Fellowship, "Still Amazed:Live Worship at Bent Tree", is available at www.btbf.org/stillamazed, or on itunes. CHECK OUT SONGS FROM THE NEW CD AT WWW.MYSPACE.COM/BENTTREE. Please bookmark this page and check back for new music from Scott Dyer and Bent Tree!

Hello Scott Dyer, I’m on my prayer rounds and just stopping by to lift up you and your family today.
Here is a reminder of the most wonderful truth in all of Scripture: In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10
Isn’t that just awesome! Praying you will walk in the certain knowledge of His love for you each day. Your friend who is eternally, Dedicated to Christ
Scott - I just wanted to stop by and wish you and your congregation a very Merry Christmas and a Fantastic New Year! Please, keep his spirit alive and your music flowing! Take care - Pat
