Hi there, I just checked out your music, sounds great and I think you would benefit from attending ACCESS ALL AREAS music conference.
It is your pass to the music industry, you can connect with big artists like Blue Juice, Bliss N Eso, Gina Jeffreys, Universal Music, Illusive Records, JJJ, NOVA, VIDEO HITS & heaps more.
You also get a free photo shoot for your portfolio and if you like you can showcase in front of the HEAD HONCHOS in the industry. The rego price has been drastically reduced to $195 to allow people to access the music industry, that rate closes really soon (once places fill up).
    Get your ticket at www.mmadconference.com
The event will also raise money for Musicians Making A Difference.

Scott Mellis has just finished his debut studio release “Dancing for the Murder or Desire” an eclectic fusion of various musical styles, this was recorded in bedrooms, basements and recording studios between Australia and the United States. The offering includes notable musicians like Brad Smith (Blind Melon), Dave Elitch (The Mars Volta) and a French horn section from the University of Southern California.

Scott Mellis is a singer/songwriter from Caloundra, a small coastal town in Queensland, Australia. He started out playing in heavy metal bands in high school, sneaking into bars performing covers of Slayer and Sepultura.

Scott moved to Melbourne and at 19, caught the attention of the local music community as an eclectic songwriter and performer. Scott has opened for for visiting acts including UK folk-rock icon Richard Thompson, as well as Serena Ryder, Jeff Martin (Canada), Fink (UK), and Joseph Arthur (US).

In 2011 Scott relocated to Los Angeles, and while in the US was asked to open for Jason Mraz and Tom Morello after being spotted playing an impromptu acoustic set at a clothing store in Austin for SXSW.

In 2009, Scott placed #1 overall in Triple J Unearthed, the Australian government-run youth network (like BBC Radio One).. Also his song “Wouldn’t Ask for More” was used in Disney’s Sorcerer’s Apprentice DVD.

"If there is any justice in this world Scott Mellis will soon become a household name" Trevor Jackson ABC Radio

"He is irreverent and awesome!!" Beat Magazine.

"Scott Mellis is a unique and magnificent artist. In my many years as a musician and media personality you rarely discover a talent like Scott's." Billy Block - WKDF Radio Nashville

“Haunting vocal delivery and in some parts reminiscent of Al Green.” Melbourne Inpress.
