Sounds Like
People say that I sound like other artist but I say I sound like me.
Scout is a vocalist based in NYC. He learned how to sing on the streets & in the subways of NYC after being inspired to become a singer by a group named Solo. After seeing those 4 guys & their bass Player performing at the West 4th train station in NYC he knew that’s what he wanted to do with my life. He said,"I wanted to be a singer. Their harmonies were amazing & I thought that I could do it. The only problem was that I was HORRIBLE. I mean I was REALLLLLLLLY bad (for those of you who what American Idol think of all those people at the first round of auditions that CAN NOT SING & that was me). So, I started my own group (named U-Turn & later In-Vest), found someone who knew harmony (Bryant Smith), found two other guys who wanted to sing but also were willing to learn (Andre Buntin & Albert). Albert left the group to pursue preaching & the rest of us continued on. The trio performed, as a member of the Music Under New York Program, in numerous venues: The Bushnell Theater, Sony Sound Stage, The Charles Perez Show(winning Top Street Performers), The US Tennis Open, Pepsi World Headquarters, The French Institute, What’s New(CNBC), The Apollo Theater and a host of others too numerous to list. It’s taken ALOT of practice & I am still learning how little I know about music but I will not let that stop me from getting better. It has been said that realizing how little you do know can be the beginning of wisdom. I am now singing with a new group called GroundStone. I am also working on a few solo projects. One is Jazz & Blues based & the other is a Soul & Rock project. "

As Thanksgiving Day rolls around, It brings up some facts, quite profound. We may think that we're poor, Feel like bums, insecure, But in truth, our riches astound.
We have friends and family we love; We have guidance from heaven above. We have so much more Than they sell in a store, We're wealthy, when push comes to shove.
So add up your blessings, I say; Make Thanksgiving last more than a day. Enjoy what you've got; Realize it's a lot, And you'll make all your cares go away.
