Magic Bus is a retro-rock and roll band based in Seattle WA.
Formed in 1992, this band has traveled throughout North America for 15 years performing every kind of venue and event. From stadiums to night clubs, to casinos to...a back yard bar mitzvah (they were seriously were trying to impress the other kids), we've done it all!
As the years have come and gone, the Bus has become a fun project for some the band members who are also internationally touring musicians. Lynn Sorensen, the bass player/lead vocalist/violinist and Jeff Kathan the drummer, currently tour the world with Bad Company's Paul Rodgers and make time for Magic Bus shows when they can. Joe Shikany, guitar (who also toured with Paul) and Steve Hanna, guitar and keys, round out the group. Lynn, Joe and Jeff also play in a Seattle favorite, Spike and the Impalers, with members of the KZOK radio morning show as well as some other fun projects.
Oh yes, the Go-Go dancers! Yes we do have a couple of groovy birds in cages to beautify the stage. Danielle and Shannon, our lovely dancers, give the band the true flavor of the 60's in their bell-bottoms, bright paisley tops and other groovy attire.

a birthday party invite i booked"nsane" & "power cell" to play at my 48th birthday party. the party will be on friday november 28th from 9;00pm -1;00am. the party will be at "haleys bar& grill" (previously jimmy z's}. there will be no cover to get in.

Well, Magic Bus pulled off another great performance in Mill Creek - this time in 85 degree weather! Talk about sweating to da oldies! Unfreakinbelievable! PEACE !
Alot of "Seattle Women Rock" and da Posse ladies will be at Mill Creek Festival for your show on July 13th! Your band has a great line-up of musicians, vocalists, and dancers. The pictures of your band on Vic and Nina Wright's myspace are incredible! The fans young and old in Auburn seemed to really enjoy the show!
