Brazilian band formed by the bassist and vocalist Filipe Duarte in 2007. In 2008, Seawalker started working on the material that will be part of the band´s first album. Some of the songs were already written a few years back, though. The recording process is going on during the years of 2009 and 2010 at the WZ studio and has Allan Wallance and André Marcio from Eminence as producers. Seawalker also has Leo Lanny and Flávio Mateus on the guitars and Ricardo Linassi on the Drums. Seawalker executes an 80´s influenced Heavy Metal, specially by bands such as (old) Metallica, Slayer, Nevermore, Megadeth and Judas Priest, among others. The band also stands for peace and environmental issues. The upcoming song "Stumble" speaks out agains the destruction of the Amazon Rainforest, the indiscriminate killing of animals and Global Warming and it´s effects on our daily life. The release of Seawalker´s debut CD is available now.
