Seductive Sprigs is the duo project of guitarist/vocalist/composers Charlie Looker and Matthew Hough. The project is currently on indefinite hiatus while the two work on other things. Charlie is performing solo and leading bands under the name Extra Life, as well as continuing work with Zs. Matthew is performing with the Wet Ink Ensemble, and composing orchestral and chamber music. The Sprigs will likely resurface at some point, but it is unclear when. In the meantime, we have added two unreleased live tracks from 2006.
Sprigs' self-titled two-song CDR is available on FNA Show Releases. They also have an exclusive live track on the compilation From B to Z vol. 1, also on FNA. To purchase these and other FNA releases, go to the following website: www.zzzsss.com/releases.html
Wow, two more great, great songs. Really fascinating how you two guys come up with this style! The other guys in the band really enjoyed the Cds I bought. I like "Might" a lot! Thanks so much and let me know when I can buy these new songs as well. It is cool to support you guys! Bob/HBA
Thanks for the add! Our new, full length Cd, "Please Kill Me", is out now! 15 songs for people with anger management issues... and a twisted sense of humor! Available at www.hotbutteredanal.com, and cdbaby.com! Hot Buttered Anal

You guys were seductive phenomena indeed at Elastic in Chicago last week. I almost sprug into action and grabbed a melodica to accompany you from the audience. (I'm the guy who queried if you'd ever heard of Gentle Giant.) I'll be checking for future Sprigs/Zs appearences in Chicago. And if you're ever in chi-city and want a sit-in cellist...
ok, i'm an idiot. it says right on the page. also wanted to say I felt really bad when Zs played in philly maybe a year ago, because i was like one of five people that appreciated it and liked it, then everyone else was being a dick and mocking it...do you get that response a lot?
Nagle introduced me to this last night, and it's easily the most innovative thing I may have ever heard...never heard anything like it...all modern day pop/whatever won't get to this level in 80 years!! where can I get a recording?? -tyler
