Seven Layer Soul
Band Bio:
Seven Layer Soul was formed by four Christian men who have the desire to spread the Gospel of Jesus through their musical abilities. While Seven Layer Soul's musical style does not parallel the current mainstream ministries found in the Christian music industry today, neither do Seven Layer Soul's ministry goals. The band seeks to become a voice for Christ by performing at concerts, churches, outreaches, prisons, fundraisers, and ministries throughout Southern California and beyond.
Seven Layer Soul derived its name during the reading of Revelation 4:5 by the thirteen year old daughter of one of the members: Revelation 4:5 "From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder, seven lamps were blazing, the sevenfold Spirit of God." Within the name it is found that:
-"Seven" represents completeness throughout the entire Bible.
-"Layer" signifies depth
-"Soul" refers to our spirit.
Putting it all together results in "Complete depth of our soul". Study of the Sevenfold Spirit of God shows how everything goes together hand-in-hand. Jesus says that in order for His purposes to be fulfilled in His people, the Menorah (seven-light lamp stand) must be a light, shining and operating in its Sevenfold manifestation. Only the true light will make a difference and this light will only be found in the:
1. Spirit of the Lord
2. Spirit of Understanding
3. Spirit of Wisdom
4. Spirit of Counsel
5. Spirit of Might
6. Spirit of Knowledge
7. Spirit of the Fear of the Lord
About The Band Members:
The band consists of four members who proclaim Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Serving Him in all they do is their first priority. Comments from each of the band members witness their commitment.

"Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. In one day, He delivered me from years of alcohol abuse. His Spirit dwells within me, and it makes me want to share His promises of forgiveness and eternal life with everyone I come in contact with. He is always faithful, His love endures forever, and He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. By saying "YES" to Jesus, I was able to say "NO" to the alcohol abuse and sin in my life".

Dear God, As I begin this ride today, I ask that you may watch over me along the way, help to do my very best, to complete this ride with all the rest; Make sure the road is clear, and the Brakes Grab, watch the oil & tire pressure, And please keep an eye on the other guy . For I know, I’ve made mistakes, stumbled, tripped and feel a few to many times, but I know that your great love for me, and your death on the cross has set me free!
