When trends and shallowness takes a bigger and bigger hold of people, Shallow Sense becomes more and more of an opposite. This is all about the music that really touches you.
Playing together for about two years, we have slowly been putting together our own sound. Adding electronics and beats to our ground in the 90s rock scene. In 2009 Simon Andersson (Ex. Pain of Salvation) become the new bass player in Shallow Sense.
With base in Västerås, Sweden, we are pre producing a full length album. We hope for a release in 2010. By making things happen on our own and by winning the hearts of new listeners everyday, that is not just a dream never coming true.
This is the release dates for "Thoughts of a Secluded Mind", our debute album that will be released by Lifeforce Records World-Wide in September!
25th of September in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
28th of September in Europe and Japan
29th of September in North America

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time a few days ago. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.
There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. Here's a link to the video for a new tune called Run Bobby Run:
Hey! how are you? :) We just wanted to let you know that our debut EP "When We Find" is now available on Itunes, Amazon and Shockhound!! Go and get it!!
