Shamrock's boxing club is operated by Terry O'brien and others .. that dedicate their time, skills and good deads to this training and fitness club. Nate gibson also runs the gym with Terry and a few others including Carl,Charlie, Jimmy, Juan and more. Nate is also one of the fastest and most up and coming pro boxers early in his career. many famous boxers have come from not only the tri-state (cincinnati/covinton) area but many have came from or trained from shamrocks... to name a few: dale crowe, aaron pryor and more; just at our gym. ezzard charles and rich franklin are also cincinnati natives, and some of the finest boxers ever to grace the ring.

All of the Shamrocks fighters won their bouts. Nick Govan was the 1st of the evening. He won a unanimous decision in three rounds. Little Mexico showed much heart while badly losing the first two rounds then turning it on in the third with a barage of punches to stop the fight. The Cincinnate boys who are trained by Deion(they work out at shamrocks as well)also came out on top. John Cook won his fight in three rounds and unfortunatetly Peete "The One" Davis did not get to compete in the Main Event due to his opponent not showing. I think we all know what would have happened anyway. I might have missed some info here but was a pretty good rundown. There was an altercation in the crowd but was quickly controlled. Other than that the show was a hit. I will try to get the word out quicker so more of you who are interested in watching us WARRIORS do our thing can be there.
