I play a techno, dub and house hybrid... Good music that's within the realms of techno and house, which is vast!
So I can play deep and personal or I can play pumpin and in your face.

SHARON SCHAEL
Passionate about music, in its very primal sense, as a little girl she would take apart sound systems, loud speakers and other devices that emitted sound. Growing up in Caracas, Venezuela she was surrounded by a family of artist that promoted creativity, from literature to music, and has followed that path throughout her education and in life, with a formal education in art history and moving to music as her art medium of choice, to create and share with the world.
With the arrival of rave culture to Venezuela in the 90s, Sharon becomes actively involved in the electronic dance music movement. At the time the prevalent sound captures and divides the masses into hard-techno and latin-house. But Sharon has never been one to follow the masses.
Unsatisfied with the mainstream sound and always interested in listening to new sounds and experimental forms, Sharon's love for music has been a continual evolutionary process that pushes the boundaries, breaking the mold and reaching for atmospheres charged with deep emotion and energy, traversing the genres of house to techno, from dub to the clicks of minimal electronica that paint the canvas of today's electronic dance music.
7 years ago she decides to move to Guadalajara, México, where she lives for a period of 6 months to later move to Cancún and becomes part of the local scene, and at the national level coordinating the editorial of an electronic music magazine: [In The] Groove.
Also she hosts der Schall, a monthly radio show every 2nd Tuesday at 12:00 EST, offering insight into the most recent sound in the electronic music world on the internet radio station: www.protonradio.com
2006 has started with much promise for this Venezuelan dj, being invited to the German collective, Female Pressure, joining the likes of Miss Kittin, Anja Schneider, Magda, among others.
From 2006 to May 2009 she resided in Granada, working in the one of the most prominent clubs in Spain: Industrial Copera (www.industrialcopera.net), as a resident dj and in charge of the international booking.
In 2008, Miss Schael had a busy summer, invited to play in two of the biggest festivals in Spain: Sónar Festival (www.sonar.es) and Aquasella Festival (www.aquasella.com) along with some of the best artists in the electronic scene. Also, she was on a two week tour bringing her sound all over México.
Now she is based in Berlin, where she has rapidly incorporated into the local scene.
