About me: I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I love music. I play acoustic covers.....all different kinds....just songs that make me happy. I play at coffee shops or neighborhood festivals or churches or bars or wherever! I also sing for weddings and funerals. Sometimes I play by myself and sometimes I am joined by one of my many talented musician friends.....that's when it really gets fun!

A songwriter-friend of mine said he really liked the Damien Rice cover (I think it was "Cannonball")... I'm definitely a bigger Ryan Adams guy though. I think we lucked out playing at the stage under the bridge--it was a nice day but a bit hot!

Blood Root Mother will be playing at Trocaderos in Minneapolis on Friday, June 26th. I cannot stress enough how awesome this show will be!! We're playing with three of the sweetest local rock bands: Claret, Niobium and Casanatra. If you haven't heard these guys, check them out immediately! Please come to this show!!
I recommend stopping by during happy hour for two for one drinks along with free buffet, which is delicious. We'll be hanging out at Trocs all night, so come by and chill/party with us :)

Why thank ya Shawn. I just saw Duncan in "ourspace" here in our little sleepy hollow like suburb of Dublin yesterday. Happily, America doesn't appear to have changed him.
The "someone" in question is a very passed-out Matt Perkins, who had no idea that we were having such a blast attempting to remove his boots. I still crack up every time I look at this picture!
