Lain... You've watched the anime Serial Experiments Lain, haven't you?
I remember a song on the Days album with a clip that said: "Don't worry. I'm still me, you know." That line always gave me the chills, but I thought it was something you had recorded.
I recently began watching that anime (subbed, not dubbed), and during episode four, Lain says something that sounds similar. So I checked out the English dub... And tah-dah: "Don't worry, Daddy. I'm still me, you know."
I'm surprised I found that. It feels almost like a puzzle. x) But, hey, because of you, I'm fascinated by Lain's english voice now. :'D
