My name is Sherry and I'm a published author as well as a fitness specialist. If I'm not spending time with my family or working on my fitness goals, I am visiting schools to motivate children to read and write, doing book signings, or leading groups around the world. I think that you make life what you want it to be and the only limits are those that you set for yourself.

I believe in trying to help others and a couple of my larger travel projects include a CRUISE FOR THE CURE (to benefit all of those amazing and beautiful breast cancer survivors, as well as breast cancer research and awareness) and various fitness cruises (i.e. Boot Camp Fitness Cruises).

I also do a lot of volunteer work with children, which has earned me several awards and award nominations. I have been featured on the local news, had interviews on world-wide radio networks, and travel extensively.
