Shrapnel, formed in 2006 as an idea by bassist Dan, did not reach any form of a lineup until the introduction of Liam and Vini in early 2007. From there Nico joined to play rhythm guitar. This lineup wrote the "Bogan Thrash Attack" demo, which was recorded in September 07 by Ean Redman. Demo now available.
As of February 08, a new lineup has been confirmed, with André and Louis joining the band on drums and guitar respectively. New material will be written and it is hoped that some live performances will happen in the future.
Its bizarre that they have Tooheys in Melb, The dogs at the Dismember gig only had that as well as Heinekin for $8 and cans of tooheys for $6. I am more of a Tassie beer bloke as well as some Vic ones. Hope all is well with Shrapnel.
