Sick Mormons is een punkband ontstaan in De Baarmoeder in Amsterdam. Sinds eind 2007 zijn we begonnen met nummers maken. Flip wilde een nieuwe band beginnen in de stijl van oude L.A. bands als Adolescents, T.S.O.L. en Articles of Faith. Oeds en Douwe vervullen de taken van drummer en bassist. Marc is met zijn snotty stem en zijn gebrek aan enthousiasme een perfecte zanger voor Sick Mormons. In juli 2008 is de s/t ep met 4 nummers uitgebracht op Angry Youth rec, Gummopunx rec, en Demonomania rec. Eind 2009 is de tweede ep uit gekomen. "Why does shit keep falling from the sky? " wordt uitgebracht door Gummopunx records en Demonomania records.
