Hailing from Haverhill, Massachusetts, Sir Q is a fresh approach to the proverbial verse-chorus-verse rock band. Together, Gene Fontaine, guitar and vocals; Matt Learoyd, drums and vocals; Tony Rossetti, bass and vocals; and Addam Zaino, guitar and vocals, craft a complex sound armed with dense vocal harmonies and angular rhythms. Each band member lends to the vocal dichotomy: Think Beach Boys meet the alt movement. Sir Q evokes bands in a similar vein like Jesus Lizard, Nirvana, Melvins, Queens of the Stone Age and Fugazi. Sir Q has played at some of Boston’s most notable venues including The Paradise Rock Club, The Middle East (Upstairs and Downstairs) and Bill’s Bar.
They are releasing their first EP- Bring Me the Head of Sir Q.
Recorded at New Alliance and Z studios.
Mixed by Scott Reibling
Mastered by Nick Zampiello and Rob Gonnella @ New Alliance East
Engineered by Sevan Minassian, Alex Perez and Addam Zaino

"Sir Q, The Impostor was a wildly entertaining band that I guess I could only describe as Stoner rock. But that barely covers all of their bases."
