SISTER KILL CYCLE have stirred interest all over the United States as well as abroad since slamming into the music scene with their intense stage presence and performances. Self described as Alternative Hard Rock, SISTER KILL CYCLE have crafted their art of genre bending and writing music to capture audiences of all walks of life. Originally from Huntington, WV the band recorded and released their first demo in 2002 which got immediate airplay on clear channel station X106.3 and landed them a slot on the national LOCOBAZOOKA tour alongside Sevendust, Filter, Nonpoint, and Mushroomhead.
After relocating to Florida in 2004, the band recorded and released their debut EP “Massacre the Guilty”. The EP was self recorded at the band’s home studio and was mixed by Chris Telkes (Nocturne) and mastered by Sara Lee Lucas (Marilyn Manson) and Trace (NIN/Celine Dion) at their Masterlab facility in Orlando. The release captured the attention of both fans and critics alike, landing the band top spots on internet radio charts including the Florida charts for most plays and views on myspace.com and also highest rating on myspace.com for May 2004.
SISTER KILL CYCLE has grown considerably over the past few years playing shows and events all over the US with acts such as BILE, NOCTURNE, ARCH ENEMY, CRADLE OF FILTH, BOBAFLEX, KMFDM, THE CRUXSHADOWS, THE GENITORTURERS, PRONG, and CC DEVILLE(POISON) to name a few and won best hard rock artist at the 2006 HARD MUSIC AWARDS. It was through this visibility that the band was invited to attend Winter NAMM and secured endorsement deals with DDRUM USA, BC RICH, KUSTOM, FLOYD ROSE, ROLAND, EMG,SAMSON and HOSA CABLES as well as being featured as the live band in 2007’s motion picture “The Belly of the Best” by Faultline Productions and having a song on the movie soundtrack.
The band has maintained an ever growing fan base throughout the US as well stimulating attention from other markets around the world. SISTER KILL CYCLE are currently finishing up recording sessions for the band’s first full length album “The Lost and the Damned” and are planning to tour throughout 2009/2010.
