Sisters in the Brotherhood is an integral part of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, not a separate women’s union. Sisters In The Brotherhood was established by the UBC in 2002 for the purpose of Mentorship, Networking, Recruitment, and Membership Retention of females within the UBC.
