Invitation to Anesthesia -The instinct to be numbed is controlled by anesthesia. New vocalist Nao was welcomed to 6ft.down as there latest release title indicates how deep the haunting melodies progress while degrading into heavy rock. As a teenager, Nao spent time in L.A. and in Japan as well such as Kyoto, Hyogo, Fukuoka and Chiba etc. with various people of different ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, she was able to grow as an artist and as a person. When Nao joined 6ft.down, all the song lyrics were written in English thus the band was reborn with more scale, the emotional content increased moreover for this Japan-native band how deep they continue to go into the darkness of sound with beautifully haunting piano combined with heavy rock fusion. Nao's lyrics playfully integrate despair and hope portraying a raw, heartfelt, intentional emotion.
