Snakebite was born in 1999, after months on playin' and writin' songs, on march 2004 Snakebite released their first demo-cd, called "Tickets For Rock n' Roll" with a lot of '80 L.A. glam street influences. During all the 2004 and the first months of 2005 the band has done a lot of gigs playin' old songs and a lot of new material which try to get most personal. So the band created their own personal studio recording called Bite records. From May 2005 to the end of 2006 the band passed their days workin'all day, playin' shows and get into the studio to record their new album! "SLEEP WHEN I'M DEAD" was released on the first month of 2007. The second track of the album "Beautiful Emily" appear on the compilation "HOLLYWOOD HAIRSPRAY vol.7" of the american label PERRIS RECORDS. In summer 2008 the band signed a deal with the italian booking and promotion agency BOLOGNA ROCK CITY. During all 2008/2009 Snakebite did a lot of shows supporting inetrnational acts like BABYLON BOMBS, HARDCORE SUPERSTAR, TIGERTAILZ, FASTER PUSSYCAT, BANG TANGO, BEAUTIFUL CREATURES, TUFF, SHAMELESS, HOT LEG, HEAVEN'S BASEMENT and been on tour with new scandivian acts like Innocent Rosie, Axident Avenue and Hollywood Vampires. The band is now promoting the new EP "WTF?!" with 6 new tracks, released in november 2009 while planning new shows and a norvegian tour for the next year.
