Sonic has been an important figure within the drum & bass scene for over ten years. His first release was in 1998 on Manchester's Freeform Records. Since then, he's had close to 150 releases - tracks and albums for his own and many other labels (often with Silver, under the Sonic & Silver / Accidental Heroes guises.)
He's been a mainstay of Radio 1 DJ's, Fabio & Grooverider, the late John Peel, Annie Mac, Giles Peterson and others.
He's lived in Tokyo for some years, working with Nike and Apple.
