Influences
Between the eight of us, our musical influences are WIDE ranging! Our number one influence comes from our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. We are just lucky and blessed enough to be able to praise his name doing something that we all love to do, which is play music.
First things first...
We love Jesus Christ!! He is our rock, our savior, our healer, our best friend...our everything! God has blessed us with so many things in life. We praise him through our music...and man do we have good time doing it!
Our music style is fun and upbeat and most of our music is contemporary praise and worship. We've been known to change it up everyone once in a while with a little classic rock and old time hyms as well. No matter what we play - we love what we do...and you can usually tell. =]
We hope you'll join us in worship sometime. We play every Sunday at First United Methodist Church in Hilllsville, VA at 6:30. Bring your bibles and your bluejeans--this is a contemporary, laid-back worship service for people of all ages. Music starts at 6:30 followed by a message by our associate pastor: Ronnie Collins. click here to visit his blog
Not So Silent Night is TONIGHT!!! We've moved the concert to behind the Fallout Shelter into the gym so tickets will be available at the door! They are $10 each so come one, come all! The bands can't wait to see you all again! The doors open at 3:30 and the show starts at 4! SEE YOU THERE!!!
Super JOB last night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You guys sounded sooooooooo great...better than ever!!! Jubilation did a great job too! What a super bunch of kids! Corynn has all the pics I took on her camera... Can't wait until we meet again! Your favorite ROADIE...D.
OK, so I was wearing my SouledOut shirt today and someone recognized it. Actually, it was a band member from Cornerstone and he mentioned looking forward to playing with you guys next month. Anyway, still neat to see you guys being noticed in the public eye! Looking forward to Sunday!!!!
What an awesome night!!!!! You guys rocked the house for Jesus!!!!!!! It gave me chills - literally :) Of all the nights to forget my video camera - did anyone tape? So sorry... I look for more visitors to show up at SNL - great things are happening in His name - AMEN! I love you all - thanks for all your dedication and thanks for sharing your God given talent with us!
