SOUL POWER TRIO features Karl E. H. Seigfried (THUNOR, NEW QUARTET, SPIRITS BURNING), Aaron Getsug (HI-FI & THE ROADBURNERS, WILD ONION PEOPLE, CHICAGO 12) and Chris Avgerin (BLOOD OF THE TYRANT).

CENTERSTAGE CHICAGO says, "At times, it sounds and looks as if Aaron Getsug is going to blast off of the stage. Here he takes a leap in putting down the sax and picking up the electric bass guitar for a round of heavy metal. Jazz fans will recognize Dr. Karl E.H. Seigfried from his tenure on acoustic double bass, but will be entertained to see his wizardry on electric guitar. Getsug and Seigfried are joined by Chris Avgerin on drums. Considering the sound is coming from only a trio, there's a lot going in Soul Power Trio's catchy grooves."

For sure, you guys fuckin rocked! Lookin' at August for right now, in Brewtown, lotsa promo on this one including a spot on local FM morning show, (102.1 WLUM, Cramp & Adler) you guys would probably open, if it's cool, we would expect nothing more than reciprocation with a show in Chitown as opening gig, or wherever in lineup, no more than three bands in any show, too many hands equal too little cash for gas! We fill hour to hour and a half, or less if needed. Have no problem bringing the third band if needed as well, either Least for Last, ot Independent Idols (Real good transition between you and us, just to let you know, they are in our top friends, find tham no problem or a host of others that are willing to throw down including a three guitar cover band called Wrecking Crew) Let me know when you get a chance.
well try to get something set up soon. were looking for a 4th of july show but having a hard time finding a venue with an open date, but we will have something come up.Ill keep ya posted! pat
