Soul Source - Karlstad, Sweden

Bio:

A Swedish powermetal band created in 2002. In the early year of 2003 we were in a contest called “Young Metal Gods” held by at this point major German label called Noiserecords We were voted to be one the Top5 metal demobands in Europe.
At the final live gig in Bochum, Germany, we experienced every accident a live act can have which unfortunately made us loose the entire contest and confidence.

We met DragonForce at this time as well and shared the same thoughts and ideas thru music and powermetal, we thank you for the inspiration and support.

A lot of members has gone by thru the past years and we never really an experienced a fully manned group, which seems to be the difficult task for us. The search of the right musicians has been our grand failure and at the same time grand victory. We have met a lot of extremely talented people along the way, which we are grateful of. The search continues…

As for the fans… You are amazing!
Without you we are nothing! Much love and respect!

Thomas Josefsson- Brief Bio
The Man, the Myth, the Leader.Thomas is the founder and rhythm guitarist of Soul Source.

Thomas along with Tobias is responsible for all songwritings, although Thomas is the master of the words…

Thomas current band is called “Systematic Slaughter” which can be found here on Myspace. Check them out!

Tobias Magnusson - Short Bio
Tobias is a lead guitarist from Karlstad who is more known as music producer and songwriter “BtB” with artists “Pegasus Dream” and “Club Solution” together with co-writer/producer Anders Jansson.

In guitar connections Tobias is formerly known as “Buggas” as on the early guitar instructors on Guitartricks.com – Not active anymore though.
