   About SOUR JAZZ
"Thank the lord! Someone's continuing in the great tradition of New York City rock and roll!"
-- Handsome Dick Manitoba, The Dictators

With a dusty collection of experience that includes work with Cheetah Chrome, Sylvain Sylvain, Motorcycle Boy, PillBox, Jeff Dahl, Ian Hunter, Sami Yaffa, Bebe Buell, Freddy Lynxx, Kevin K, Marky Ramone's Intruders, and also with former members of The Electric Eels, The Stillettos & The Cramps... SOUR JAZZ are four guys who dress to the left and suavely rock like absolute fuck. Better than J*ss* M*l*n, less influential than Lieutenant Pigeon. New album Rock & Roll Ligger in shops now, on Acetate Records. Produced by Daniel Rey (Ramones, Ronnie Spector, Iggy Pop, Keith Richards, Richard Hell, Misfits, Hellacopters, etcet...) www.acetate.com

SOUR JAZZ are currently in the studio with Daniel Rey, recording a new album, to be released in 2008 despite worldwide indifference.

For digital diggers, mp3's -- "Rock & Roll Ligger" and other fine SOUR JAZZ albums -- are currently available through the following download services: Big Pond, DestraMusic, DownloadPunk, eCast, eMusic, iTunes, Kooda Music, MSN, MusicMatch, MusicNet, MusicNow, Napster, Loud Eye, Pass Along, Peer Impact, Pure Tracks, Rhapsody, Ruckus, Sony Connect, Starbucks, T-Online, Koodo, Liquid Digital, Groupie Tunes, SoundBuzz and Daiki.

August I am in Canada for the full month, with some friends we wanted to make a roadtrip New-York/Boston or something like that, if it happens, i let you know when so we can meet, otherwise, I'll go by myself to N.Y to visit you I think. By the way, if you're moving to Canada (in case of McCain's victory), which would be nice, I'll do my best to find you a proper decent/correct job and a nice place to Stay, the housing market went backward in Mtl and it's now possible again to find something correct for a good/fair price.

prepare for glory

After 13 seconds of attempting to make any coherent point out of prior paragraph I’ve come to the realization that no one really gives a crap. What I read is blah-blah-blah I’m a better person than you because I pretend that I’m making a difference. Perhaps no one reposts or responds in a manner acceptable to you because you ALWAYS sound like a raving lunatic. I’ve concluded that you are to be subjected to ridicule and mockery. It’s not going to force you to your knees or to beg for forgivness, but maybe, just maybe it’ll make you feel like an ass. And that, in the end, is making a bigger impact on your life than you’ve made on mine.
Free Willy.

Otaku Magazine

May 28 2008 2:56 PM

KAIDAN is the term used for the Japanese ghost stories, and, extensively, for the
J-Horror culture. The Buddhist moralizing stories were rapidly transformed into international shockers; people wanted more frightening monstrosities and oddness, with no direct connection with the Western horror.

Manga, anime, movies and the subcultures developed around them competed in shicks and panic. If you really want to know why on the Japanese horror movies is written 18+, take a look at the next issue of Otaku Magazine. Nevertheless, is our duty to warn you that all who looked inside certain pages of this issue have disappeared shortly after. Still, it might be just a story to send the children to sleep for good.
