Speeding Bee made some music, and someone listened to it and they decided (entirely objectively) whether or not they liked it, and then pursued their interest in the band accordingly.
Where's next week's show? aaand who's utting it on - reckon I could do an infostall? I could just stick some gear next to the Jizztro if he brings it... x
Eyup chaps! Us and No Time are playing at The Postchaise Hotel in Bishop Aukland on Weds - would be cool to see you guys down there if y'all fancy it! Also, any gig-whoring you could get up to between now and then would be fucking massively appreciated as you guys are pretty much the only people we know in the Durham area!

Last week to get your tickets for this event, with front page editorial in one local newspaper and several others running the story, this event has now attracted both BBC and ITV interest. So come on all you Ska, Punk, Reggae lovers, all you scooterists and party goers. This is your chance to be at the very first SKA for LIFE and also help Teenage Cancer Trust too.
Bands include Skaville UK ..... ‘Bad Manners’ and ‘Selecter’ original band members, joined with ‘Rhoda Dakar’ from ‘Bodysnatchers’ and ‘Special AKA’ and singer on the anthem song ‘Free Nelson Mandela’
Bombskare..... A 10 piece Scottish outfit with outstanding brass section and without a doubt one of the most entertaining Ska bands in the world!!
The Lockup...... Ska reggae masters from Do the Dog label lead by both a female and male vocalist in perfect harmony and one of my personal favourites.
Steady Boys...... North East lads blending Punk with Ska, been together less than a year and already attracting loads of attention from record labels through out the UK, look out for these in the future and tell everyone you saw them first at SKA for LIFE 2008.
East Park Reggae Collective...... Fantastic Dub Reggae outfit and one of the latest signings to the wonderful Rockers Revolt label. This band are first on stage at 5pm so don’t miss out thinking only support bands are on first, this lot are on first to get the party going.
Doors open at 4pm, starting with an hour of Beer Pigs Scooter Club DJ sect. Age restrictions - Over 14’s welcome 4pm - 11pm (over 18’s only after 11pm)
