Well lets see- Sometimes less is more. Just bass and drums and two guys trying to incorporate varies antics to entertain you. Luke and Burke played together before through varied projects, only one of which you may have heard of (though unlikely) called Tion, which Luke has keep growing and evolving for the better into what is currently Sean. Luke keeps a busy schedule and plays in Sean, Burke has played in several projects throughout the last ten years in Seattle, for the last six he played in Akimbo whom he continues to love each member dearly but could not maintain the busy tour schedule by any means. Spirit of Radio is a Seattle band that has many, many influences from metal to classic punk/hardcore to powerviolence and fusion to prog, classic rock, 80's pop and some pretty damn shameful stuff. They try to keep a punk sensibility but get too bored with the usual formula, and figure at the very least you don't have to listen a guy screaming. They may even listen to Emerson, Lake and Palmer or Man is the bastard. The name pays respect to a Rush song. Before anymore is said to bum you out, be their friend and check out this new band.

Hey dudes! Thanks for ROCKIN' the house last night! It certainly was a family affair. Granted it's a very dysfunctional family, but some semblence of family, no less.
