During their two plus years, they won several battle of the band competitions, signed to local record label Topshelf Records, and recorded and released an album. They believed greatly in the power of live music and became known for their energetic live show. Stand Up Get Down played their last show on July 20, 2007, at the Eagles Club in Northampton.
