Static is a solo music project by Hanno Leichtmann, with guest appearances by Christof Kurzmann, Ronald Lippok (to rococo rot), Stefan Schneider (mapstation), Valerie Trebeljahr (lali puna), Martin Siewert (trapist), Lars Rudolph and Justine Electra. Static performed sometimes as electronically equipped solo musician, sometimes with band (Lippok, Kurzmann, Siewert), sometimes as a dj. Did several records for CCO,Earsugar and Audio-nl. Played in europe, japan and south and central and north america.

Vulva String Quartett

has been selected to KIEZKIEKEN shortfilm contest.
Our movie will be shown Sunday Nov 1st, 18:30 at
Hoppetosse/Arena, 12435 Berlin, Eichenstraße 4.
You will see humorous, extraordinary and exciting
short films. The most important factor is originality.
It’s the neighbourhood that is our programme – the
locations, the atmosphere, the characteristics and
after all the uniqueness.
KIEZKIEKEN wants to link art and life and to provide a
platform for a cultural exchange. The programme will
be designed around the respective neighbourhood.
The award winners will be chosen by the audience.
To finish off with the festival, bands from Berlin will
give you the opportunity to celebrate together with
film makers, guests and the audience.

LOVEBOARD Ten days, ten nights full of love - sum- mer of love 2009. From 11.-20.08.2009 we asked in- habitants and visitors of the Wrangelkiez to leave a love message, a love tag or a love story on a bill- board, that we created with lots of love at Schles- ische corner Cuvrystraße in Berlin. We were looking for fellow human beings, who accompanied us these days with advice, activity and love. Just come around, join us and have a look at our documentary.
Welcome the new full lenght album by Vladislav Delay, out by August 24th 2009. Featuring the live trio – Sasu Ripatti on percussion, argentine musician Lucio Capece on clarinet and saxophone, and acclaimed composer Craig Armstrong on piano and rhodes.
After years of working alone and with for sole tools his computer and electronics, Tummaa is a vast departure for Vladislav Delay, yet this is a very smooth transition as the themes that have fuelled his previous records are still very much at the core of this new work. while this new direction is likely to surprise and disconcert some of his long-term fans, Tummaa may well turn out to be vladislav delay’s masterpiece.
