About Stealing Glimpses

Well well, here we are again. After a couple of months of non-existance and a slight line-up shuffle. It would appear a new band has come together under the Stealing Glimpses banner.

After the departure of Caz Maxwell from the original quartet in May 2007. The remaining three members of SG: Rohan Kelly, Sarah Galdes and Dean Thomson, carried on playing with new guitarist Cam Green (The JCM) joining the ranks. The history predating all of this is long, and largely boring but the upshot is that SG is now a band rebuilt. A new style, new member and new approach. After playing a couple of gigs under the name "The Anti-Socialites", Stealing Glimpses is now back to bring some much needed tunefullness to a melbourne (and indeed general) scene flooded with soundalike noise-merchants. New recordings will come onto the page as they are made and there are a couple of songs that we're extremely excited to share with you. For the time being a few of the old songs will remain for you to enjoy too.
