Harp & Vocals - Severn Records artist is considered by many to be one of the greatest Harp men of the last 30 years. Real Blues Magazine gave him the Canadian Blues Award as Top Harp Player. A long time Alumni of the legendary Jimmy Rogers Band, none other then William Clarke called Steve "The greatest harp player I've ever seen".
Critics say:
"As a master of traditional harp stylings, he has few equals... but working within a tradition doesn't have to mean repeating stale licks: Guyger always manages to find something new and surprising to play over time-tested grooves ... this only makes his subtle twists and textural nuances more interesting... he is also a fine unaffected singer."
Blues Review Magazine
"One of the great harp players of today who easily ranks with the likes of Charlie Musselwhite, Rod Piazza and Kim Wilson of the Thunderbirds."

Sorry Steve, Dennis made me through the stockings out!! Maybe the next pair!! Tuesday was fun! The door guy is a friend of mine from the shore here, and I got the group shot, but it's really not my style to post it up on myspace or any space to get people to look at all my famous friends!! You dig? See Ya soon
Good to finally hang with you the other day! "Radio Blues" -- very nice, especially "I Can See By Your Eyes",nothing better than a good stroll! Take care and come back soon! MR.C...

I just received a copy of your brand new CD "Radio Blues" on Severn Records and I'm listening to it right now. Sounds great! It's been too long between releases and now we have not only one, but two great releases from you this year. (I've already been spinning the one with the T. Leino Band on my radio show!) I can't wait to play the new one on Monday. Dig the radio on the cover too!
Best regards, Jeff Scott
