Sounds Like
If Soundgarden got busy with the bastard child of Tool, Living Colour and Alice in Chains.
This NYC-based power trio plays Progressive Grunge Metal with influences including Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Tool and Living Colour.
The sound is powerful and dark with original rhythmic ideas and creative arrangements. A regular on the New York rock club scene, Strange Day continues to increase its local following.
The band has strong roots in the Midwest, particularly Chicago, Milwaukee and Ohio, and has established an international following through its websites. Strange Day has begun taking their powerful live show on the road, already hitting in Chicago and Milwaukee with L.A., Seattle and other markets on deck.
2008 is set to be Strange Day’s breakout year with the release of their debut LP, Face the Change, and a live concert DVD shot in December 2006. So keep an eye out.

Hey Hey Thanks for the lovely comments ;-) Yeah London is the shit! Love it there... I can't think of a better place than hanging out in Covent Garden watching all the 'street performers'. Idyllic. You guys rock, you should really come and rock some British booties lol ~Elle~
I havent' checked them out yet, but thanks for checking in. Things have calmed down for me quite a bit, I feel so much better! my hot water heater got replaced today, had to get reset 3 times in the last 2 weeks, i can't wait til i finally get my bubble bath!! I will leave a comment once i listen to the new songs =)
Its not the Grand Am, its the Trans-Am; the V8 muscle car. It took me two tries to get my learners permit, so I'm going to try and get my license in one try whenever it comes time. Sucks it took ya twice on the license, but I bet its hard as hell. Well, I'll give you permission to joke on me if I fail the license test...
Hey man, yeah really good summer so far... Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' yada yada... working at the moment to pay for y vacations later on this year! Was given the heads up re: the new tracks from Scott... Really excellent! You dudes need to get over to the UK and gig!! Barfly in London is an excellent venue to look into. ~Elle~

I'm doing pretty well, actually. Thanks. The Taurus is pretty cool, and would be cooler if I had my license (I have a learners permit), but oh well. We actually might be selling it, if so I'll get my dad's '97 Pontiac Trans-Am. Yeah, I'll be sure to drive carefully and well, trust me. I'll be sure to drop by as y'all release new songs! You guys are too good of a band to forget about.
