Stricken Nation is Anthony Gonzales-Lead Vocals/Guitar, John Williams-Guitar Backing Vocals, Tim Blanton-Bass Guitar, Anthony Bowman-Drums. Stricken Nation started playing together for fun, and decided they really liked the vibe that was created. With strong roots in alternative rock they formed a style of their own. They recorded their freshman album, "Thoughts of better times", in Early 2008. Starting out in Secular venues left something to be desired for the newly formed band. God soon closed that door and opened a knew one. More shows started coming in from christian venues, and Stricken Nation started to build their fan base. With the departure of Bassist Craig Lamphere, The band looked to Tim Blanton to fill the void. Tim quickly caught on and was able to make an impact. The band is currently in the studio recording new material and planning out new dates to play. Their song redeemer will be part of ,"Unified by Grace", a compilation CD put together by Quickstar Productions. This will be available to buy on itunes shortly. Moving forward they will continue to sing about the Love that God has shown them, and do their best to tell everyone along the way. (Matthew 28:19-20)
