Today was certainly a much better
one than yesterday
I had the opportunity to work out at Bob
Bonham's, Strong and Shapely Gym;
in East Rutherford, New Jersey, What a nice guy too!
It's a very large gym- divided into body parts worked out.
They also have a sauna, tanning and boxing and much, much more!
This to me was the "Disneyland of Gyms"
- I have a week pass, I hope it's enough time to try everything.
The vending machines had protein shakes, protein bars, and they also
had a glass encased display with.. Gaspari Nutrition Products!! YEAH!!
