In the seven years he’s been DJing Stuart Millar has been featured on stations across the globe including the “the big four” - Tiesto (Radio 538 Clublife Holland), Ferry Corsten (Corsten’s Countdown Holland), Armin Van Burren (A State Of Trance Holland) and Judge Jules (BBC Radio 1 UK). His latest track called ‘Galactica’ has been shortlisted by Blackhole and Tiesto for inclusion in Tiesto’s forthcoming In Search of Sunrise compilation for 2008.
Stuart Millar has signed tracks to Monster Tunes, Used & Abused Music, Proxoz and Nukleuz / UMM and his tunes are available on over one hundred download sites and are reviewed regularly in MixMag.
He co-produced a record with Judge Jules that is being released summer 2008 through a Spanish label, Dance DP, under the Mass Motion alias. The Mass Motion project is a joint effort with Dave Lievense. The next Mass Motion single is to be given exclusively to Pete Tong and features vocals from the Angie Brown from Bizzare Inc, written by Danny Kirsch. The duo have also been asked to produce a theme tune for Simon Cowell’s X-Factor show.
Negotiations have taken place with Strengholt Music Group who publish Ferry Corsten's work, and Stuart Millar’s singles may subsequently be released on the Tsunami label.
When Stuart Millar and others from the Northern Ireland dance music scene were invited by BBC Radio 1 to meet in Belfast in 2007 with the Head of Programmes and Head of Live Events, it was Stuart Millar who was invited back to their HQ in London. There followed a meeting at which all the key Radio 1 personnel were present and at which Stuart was asked to proffer his opinion on the UK music scene.
As well as running his Limited Company Smart Move Music, he has promoted in the award-winning Boom Boom Room and more recently ran a weekly new music night in Café Ceol in Bangor.
His reviews in the local publication Timeout have been used by labels in Europe and America on their sales sheets and websites. He has also undertaken other journalistic roles including promotional copy for Mynt in Belfast for their Fever nights and their Fierce Angel Bank Holiday event. It was also a measure of his talents that he was asked to judge at one of the most important heats of the Corona Movida World DJ Mixing Championships.

A man much famed for playing stomping audio-visual parties at The Art College and more recently "real music" sessions at The Lifeboat, David Holmes lands in for a Vibe Courtyard Session, bringing along a selection of favorite tunes that are sure to float your boat.
Belfast born legend David Holmes is the among the best in a growing cadre of invisible-soundtrack producers inspired by the audio verité of classic film composers -- Lalo Schifrin, John Barry, Ennio Morricone -- as well as the usual stable of dancefloor innovators and a large cast of jazz/soul pioneers to boot...expect a mashup of past classics and recent productions mixed up with random tunes from Holmes vast record collection along with an array of musical genres from the now infmaous Belfast Music Club.
The party kicks off at 3pm and if you're hardcore enough you're invited to party-on until 3am where you'll dance the night away to some quality house & electro over two rooms. Tina Hart, Venusrollergirl, FAUX DJs, Dave Southwell & Kev Docc will all be onhand to keep your booty bouncin!
