SUBDUCTION CURRENT is Catherine Tammaro's solo music project.
The locus of SUBDUCTION CURRENT is under the water, in the deep self. Catherine's visual and musical work accesses these places of direct and symbolic participation in life and the creative process.
Catherine has had many years of musical history having collaborated with many very talented composers in Toronto's underground music scene. She is an accomplished
vocalist and soundscapist.
Catherine extends her heartfelt thanks to all the sound artist/engineers she has worked with over the years for their technical expertise and support, in particular Phil Ogison, her very talented husband, who has helped her bring many sound projects to fruition with the utmost skill and pizazz!

Electronic Light Media by SUBDUCTIONCURRENT involves the digital blending of computer generated visualizations, self generated digital video input and still images projected in high definition. SUBDUCTION CURRENT currently uses Touch Synth digital video software and is moving into Arkaos digital creation software. The band HAROLD employs Catherine's services in this regard.
