Sui Zhen is a young singer / songwriter / composer who has been performing both solo and with her full live band since 2003, supporting the likes of Coco Rosie (USA), Kimya Dawson (USA), The Brunettes (NZ, SubPop), and Malcolm Middleton (of Arab Strap, USA).
Sui Zhen’s self-titled independent EP of sweet folktronic-pop was launched in late 2007 to glowing reviews and national airplay, and she is still very much a performer in demand. Her talent is recognised internationally due to her vocal performances on various TVC campaigns for successful global brands. She's also one of the esteemed participants of the Red Bull Music Academy London edition set to take place in February 2010. Sui Zhen will return to Oz early 2010 to release her highly anticipated debut album.
Sui Zhen will be performing at High And Dry Festival. This is the last show planned before the album launch in 2010. Come check it out.
